What is included with a room booking?
- Each room includes chairs, tables, printing/scanning facilities, power, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Our Conference/Training Room includes a kitchen, wall mounted smart TV and facilities for online conference calls.
- Our Boardroom/Large Meeting Room includes a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, wall mounted smart TV and facilities for online conference calls.
- Our Private Office includes a kitchenette with a fridge.
- We have a shared reception area and toilet facilities.
Should I bring anything with me?
Private Office
The only thing you’ll need to bring is your laptop, headphones, charger, and stationery (and your favourite coffee cup if you don’t want to use ours). If you require VPN access or remote desktop set up, please do this before you leave home.
Conference/Training Room or Boardroom/Large Meeting Room
Bring everything you need to hold a successful meeting, training or conference including laptop and charger, laser pointer, VPN access, login details for Zoom or Teams, stationery including notepads, and pens for meeting attendees.
Catering
Catering is available from nearby cafes or Subway Mt Barker.
Please ensure you bring plates or napkins with you.
We do not provide tea, coffee or milk for meeting, conference, or training bookings.
Water glasses, jugs and cups are provided.
Is there off street parking available?
Easy and convenient on-street parking is available in front of the building with limited off street parking available behind the building. Other nearby parking options include Mt Barker central and Gawler Street.
Is it possible to make regular or repeat bookings?
You sure can! We’re happy to chat to you about regular or ongoing bookings. At this stage we don’t have capacity for permanent desk rental or subscription but we’re happy to discuss other options with you.
Can I cancel my booking if I have to?
We get that things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation of your booking by email with a link to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations with a full refund must be made no less than 48-hours before the room reservation.
