As Beaumont Solutions reaches its sixth-year milestone, the end of the financial year brings both a sense of accomplishment and pride. Reflecting on the journey, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come since our inception in 2018. Starting as a ‘one-man band’ fuelled by enthusiasm, experience, and a large dose of hope, we’ve stayed true to the personal mantra of ‘having faith, not fear’ throughout the years.
This anniversary I want to take a moment to express gratitude to those who have been instrumental in our success. From family to industry connections who have evolved into friends, and our wider community, your unwavering support has been invaluable. Whether it was providing a shoulder to lean on as we were learning, consistently checking in, or recognizing our expertise in work health and safety and recommending us, your contributions have been immeasurable.
The evolution of our team has been a defining factor in our growth, and as we embrace the 2024/5 financial year, we’re thrilled to welcome remarkably talented new additions. We recognize that to elevate ourselves to the next level, we must adapt and innovate, and we eagerly anticipate the collective effort in navigating this exciting phase.
As Damien and I nurture an 8-year-old and a 4-year-old, navigating daily who is dropping off and picking up, do they have their instruments/lunches/sports kits, we also find immense comfort in being part of the supportive community at Hills. It’s an honour to witness our boys flourish in the nurturing learning environment crafted by brilliant teachers and this has allowed us to thrive in business due to the feeling at peace with placing them there.
Constantly focusing on continuous improvement, we appreciate not only the contracts we’ve secured but also those we’ve lost due to us having completed projects to a level where they can employ a team member. Our commitment to cultivating a safer work environment, providing clarity, and offering compassion in necessary situations remains unwavering. Ultimately, it is the people we serve who motivate our endeavours, and opportunities arising year after year fill us with joy—I’m so proud!
As I reflect on the milestones and challenges, I am energized and optimistic about Beaumont Solutions’ future. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey so far. Here’s to many more years of growth, learning, and impactful contributions.
